Offline-first operations platform for Indonesian laundry shops
Problem
Small laundry shops often manage receipts on paper or scattered spreadsheets, without one offline-capable system for pricing, customers, printing, reporting, and outstanding orders.
Approach
Built a NestJS and React monorepo with server-side price recomputation, SQLite-to-PostgreSQL portability, ESC/POS printing over BLE or WebUSB, scheduled Excel reports, and an audited soft-delete workflow. Claude-powered endpoints summarize sales, forecast demand, and answer questions through allow-listed data tools.
Result
A production-ready PWA with mobile wrappers and practical offline operation, designed around the workflows of a real laundry business.
